Which is better ?

i am going to buy a new pc , but i cant decide wheather i should go for intel or amd . though i am a amd fan , intel core 2 duo has shown some great things

i just want to know that what is the best buy ? i.e. which processor will give me more performance for the same amount of money ???

many of my friends suggested that i should buy a intel core 2 duo because of its performance , but i feel amd will come with another revolutionary processor which will perform better than intel dual core cpus , and will cost far less than the competitive intel processor.perhaps than i can upgrade mu pc with a new cpu

I never had experience with AMD, but I know core 2 due is so great! I suggest you to choose that!!

AMD all the way. Better value for money Core 2 due chips are very pricey especially for the good ones.
if you can afford it then AMDs equivalent to the Core2 Duo is the Greatest thing out there ..U are an AMD fan so stick with it its smooth

when i bought my comp... i was on the look out for the amount of usb plugs it had... the drives such as dvd burner... cd drive... floppy drive and the amount of space usage it had.... im not sure on the names you have picked so im sorry i cant help you there...
